Our technical staff check and double check each item before shipping out, to make sure it is in perfect working condition. In the unfortunate event that the item is defective, please advise us within 15 days upon receipt of item and we will advise you on how to have your item replaced.
IMPORTANT: A Refund Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained from us before any refund, return or replacement can be processed. Transactions without the corresponding RAN will not be entertained, and will be returned to the sender at their own expense. The RAN must also be clearly printed on the outside of the package being returned.
REFUND: We will allow returns within a period of 15 days from the date you received the item. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns. Please make sure that everything will be returned to us just as it was received. Nothing should be missing including the box, packaging, antenna elements. If any part of the item is damaged or scratched, a corresponding amount will be deducted to the final refund amount. All returns must be sent to us prepaid. Regular postal service is recommended.
WARRANTY: We warrant our products to be free from defects for a period of 90 days. We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period. Should servicing be required during the warranty period, the item must be shipped back to us with shipping charges prepaid and we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Regular postal service is recommended.
If warranty is already expired, repair or replacement and return shipping charges will apply.
This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to damage caused by the following. - Direct lightning strikes - Abuse, misuse, neglect or improper installation. - Failure to follow warning instructions. (Ex. using the base unit with the antenna unplugged and improper voltage) - Improper use, maintenance, modification or tampering with the unit. - Any other causes beyond our control and not related to manufacturing defect.
All warranty claims will be subjected to inspection by our technical staff to determine if claim is valid and due to manufacturing defect or caused by other factors that may void this limited warranty.
Batteries are considered expendable or consumable items, thus excluded from this warranty.
